Positive security makes it possible to provide an approximate position of an incident in areas without satellite geolocation nor XSpot beacons.
This function involves more frequent communications from the XSole PTI connected insole.
In the case of a alert, the 5 geolocation points available prior to the incident are then used (this information cannot be obtained outside an alert phase).
Thus, a person having an accident in an area without geolocation could be, at least, found from their last known geolocation points. This allows emergency services to narrow the search area and arrive at the incident area faster.
This functionality can be adjusted from the XS Manager software (Group > Alerts menu).
