Switching XSole PTI insoles to Deep Sleep Mode disables worker protection features and reduces battery consumption.
This is a useful mode when moving soles that are not worn or stored in bulk, such as for a delivery, for example.
To activate and deactivate hibernate mode, log in to an XS Manager account, go to the Groups and People menu, then to the Wearers and Insoles submenu. Click on the "Deep Sleep Mode" button.
XSole PTI must be in a place where they are connected to the GSM network, so that it can receive XS Manager message. To check this, look at the insole connection status. The reception level icon should be green.
Depending on their state (wearer walking, foot at rest, no activity) the insoles connect more or less often to save their battery. The delay for your request to be taken into account may therefore vary by several minutes.
When the soles are in Deep Sleep mode, they only connect every 10 minutes. You will therefore have to wait at least 10 minutes for them to come out of this mode.
