Reception and identification of the evacuation alert
When an evacuation alert has been triggered, wearers receive a series of long vibrations in their insoles. This series of vibrations is distinct from the vibrations of the Loss of Verticality and SOS pre-alerts.
Rapid spread of the alert
The notification of the evacuation alert is spread by alerted insoles to other insoles by a signal of proximity.
If a smart insoles wearer is close to another wearer having received the evacuation alert, she/he will be notified too of the evacuation alert. The alert thus spreads more quickly.
This propagation is done by Bluetooth Long Range dialogue between the insoles and makes it possible to extend the alert to places where the wearers could be out of range of the GSM network or an XSwitch relay.
Alert to external visitors
Using this process, alert can be sent to all wearers of XSole PTI insoles on alerted site regardless of their group.
For example, if an external service provider from company B works on a site of company A, he will be notified of an evacuation alert on this site as soon as he is equipped with a pair of XSole PTI insoles.
